Birthday Coupon Faq's

1.    How do I get coupons/join the mailing list?
a.    You can use the links below to join our mailing lists and you will start receiving coupons moving forward:  www.madmex.com/mailing-list or www.bigburrito.com/mailing-list/ 

2.    Why didn’t I get a coupon in the mail?

a.    We don’t send coupons in the mail anymore; all coupons are sent via email. 

3.    Why didn’t I receive my coupon, but I getall your other emails?

a.    Depending on your email provider, the coupons might get filtered into the spam/junk/promotions inbox.  Please check those folders before reaching out.
b.    If you unsubscribed or marked our emails as spam prior to the date our system would have emailed your coupon, you would not receive any correspondence, including coupons. 
   If you are reaching out in regards to unsubscribing beyond the date that would have been the expiration date of your coupon, no extensions will be given, but we will add you back on to the mailing list and hope you celebrate with us next year! 

4.    I was unable to use my coupon during the valid dates because I was out of town, sick, couldn’t find it until it was past the expiration date, deleted it, etc., can I have an extension?
a.    Regardless of why you were unable to use your coupon within its valid dates, no extensions will be given. 

5.    My coupon expires on a Friday, but the valid dates are Sunday-Thursday.  Can I use it Friday?

a.    Our system automatically generates the coupon’s expiration date for 14 days from when it is emailed regardless of what day of the week it falls on.  Coupons are only valid Sunday-Thursday and can’t be used on a Friday or Saturday.  

6.    I’m not comfortable dining in, can an exception be made to use it for takeout?

a.    We offer these coupons as an invitation to dine in with us to celebrate a birthday. We’re sorry you don’t feel comfortable dining in at this time, but we hope you’ll be able to celebrate with us next year! 

7.    Why didn’t I receive both thecomplimentary burrito coupon and the complimentary entrée coupon?

a.    We have two different mailing lists.  A Mad Mex mailing list that offers a complimentary burrito for your birthday, and a big Burrito mailing list that offers a complimentary entrée (up to $30) for your birthday.  If you only registered to one mailing list, you would only receive the one coupon that is associated with that particular mailing list.
b.    If you used to receive both coupons in the mail, and now only receive one via email, you most likely registered two different emails (one for each mailing list). You can register your current email to the mailing list associated with the coupon you are no longer receiving by going to either:
