Fried Chicken Thursday Nights
Every Thursday night is Fried Chicken Night at Kaya. Why? Because big Burrito’s Chef Bill Fuller likes fried chicken.
We use all natural, locally raised chickens. We whack ’em up, brine them, marinate them in buttermilk, toss them in seasoned flour and fry them. You get a half a chicken (cut up of course); that's a wing, a thigh, a leg and a breast. This mountain of chicken comes with warm Reyna tortillas, a couple of sides (for example – slaw, roasted sweet potatoes, and greens). |
