About Casbah’s Benefit Dinner Series On the fourth Thursday of each month, Casbah hosts an elegant dinner benefiting a deserving organization. Guests are asked to write their checks directly to the beneficiary. We provide the food, wine and service. The beneficiary gets a substantial financial donation, our guests enjoy a great meal, and we have an opportunity to introduce ourselves to new diners. Everybody wins! Chef Eli Wahl works with the organization to create the perfect Casbah menu for the evening, drawing inspiration from a selected Mediterranean region or seasonal foods. Please see our 2010 schedule of dinners to the right. (Dates with links have the menus listed; others are to come.) Adding your organization to Casbah’s calendar Our emphasis is on non-profit groups that have a tangible positive impact on the local community. If you would like to have your organization or cause considered for participation in our benefit program, please complete our application form, available here as a PDF document. Forms should be faxed to 412.361.4318, or mailed to: Casbah Benefit Dinners
